Chocolate sweet dough with layers of Almond cream, raspberry jam, and lemon curd.
Dark chocolate ganache inside of a coconut/vanilla tart shell
These are apparently the best tasting thing I’ve ever made.. Their a sort of cake/bar hybrid.
Layering goes like this;
- Layer of Hazelnut/Peanut Sponge
- Layer of peanut butter/milk chocolate Ganache
- Layer of Peanut butter/Praline nouget
- More Ganache
-Topped with a Caramel / Chocolate Mousse
